Start your morning with purpose! Join CBMC for a special breakfast featuring Bobby Engram—14‑year NFL veteran, respected NFL coach, and a leader whose life reflects excellence, resilience, and a deep, steady faith. 

Now in his third season guiding the Washington Commanders’ wide receivers, Bobby has helped shape some of the league’s most dynamic offenses. His coaching journey includes impactful years with the Baltimore Ravens, San Francisco 49ers, and Wisconsin Badgers, where his leadership consistently elevated players and teams.

But Bobby’s story reaches far beyond football... 

As a husband and father of four, Bobby has navigated the demanding tension between professional pressure and family responsibility—something every man in the marketplace understands. In 2018, he and his wife, Deanna, endured the heartbreaking loss of a child to sickle‑cell disease. Earlier in his playing career, Bobby faced his own health battle with Graves‑Basedow disease. Through these trials, and through the daily challenge of balancing work and home, Bobby has leaned on his faith in Christ for strength, clarity, and hope. Come to gain inspiration for your life and meet new friends for the journey!
