We are excited to announce the return of our CBMC Staff-Only Men’s Retreat!
Many of you joined us for the 2024 East Meets West Staff Retreat in Deerfield Beach, Florida—an incredible time of fellowship and connection with peers from across the country.

For 2026, we’ll gather along the beautiful Gulf Shores of Alabama for another powerful time together.

🎯 What to Expect:
Working with some of you Area Directors, we’ll create an experience of reflection, recharging, rejuvenation, relationship building, visioning, and growth-focused conversation. 

💰 Cost:
All expenses related to this event are to be covered by each attendee’s staff budget.

Important Conference Notes:
  1. Location: The Master’s Inn at Steelwood Country Club, Loxley, Alabama  https://www.themastersinn.org/
  2. Space is very limited - email Alan Smith to reserve one of only 35 available rooms at the Master’s Inn. 
  3. This retreat is for Field Staff men only.
  4. Additional rooms will be available in nearby hotel or other accommodations, if spouse wants to attend. Note there will be no activities planned for spouses.
  5. Each person is responsible for their own transportation arrangements and cost.
