About the Speaker
Jeff Chamot lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he serves as the Director of Development for Neyer Properties, Inc., a fully integrated mixed-use real estate developer dedicated to transforming the communities they serve.
For the past 22 years, Jeff has played a key role in all aspects of real estate development at Neyer Properties. He leads the company’s development team, overseeing land acquisitions and dispositions, major redevelopments, and new projects from initial due diligence through final construction. His responsibilities include managing design, planning and zoning, permitting, and entitlements.
Jeff holds a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Entrepreneurship, and International Business from the University of Cincinnati.
He and his wife, Paula, have been married for 17 years and have an 18-year-old son, Nathan, who is currently a high school senior.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys playing competitive soccer, snowboarding, and spending time traveling with family and friends.
Jeff looks forward to sharing his life story, a journey that has brought him peace, purpose, and joy.
