About the Speaker

Kim Fettig is a seasoned entrepreneur, business leader, mentor, and disciple-maker with nearly four decades of experience building and leading companies.

His business career began in 1978 with Executone of Western Michigan, the company founded by his father. In 1989, he purchased the business and later renamed it Netcom Group as the industry evolved through the convergence of voice and data. He successfully led and grew the company until selling it in 2003.

In 2007, he acquired Ameritemp Staffing and repositioned the company as Fettig.jobs. He led the organization until 2016, when he transferred ownership and leadership to his sons and stepped away from day-to-day business operations.

Throughout his career, he developed a deep conviction that business is not separate from faith, but one of the primary places where Christian men are called to lead, serve, influence, and make disciples.

At age 32, a Christian businessman began discipling him, teaching him the Scriptures and helping deepen his relationship with Christ. He continued studying under that mentor for 32 years and was also shaped by several other significant spiritual teachers.

At age 42, while still actively leading his businesses, he began discipling other men. For more than 25 years, he has invested in helping men become stronger followers of Christ, husbands, fathers, and leaders. Since retiring from business, he has devoted himself to this work full time.

He and his wife, Rhonda, have been married since 1977. They have three married children, eleven grandchildren, and their first great-grandson.

He is also the author of Sons of God Wartime Field Manual, which draws from decades of biblical study, business leadership, mentoring, and discipleship. His passion is helping Christian businessmen understand that their influence in the marketplace is both a stewardship and a ministry opportunity.
