During this interactive retreat, participants will gain greater clarity about their God-given purpose, identify meaningful personal and professional goals, and begin developing a practical Personal Development Plan. The experience will focus on building capacity across key areas of life, including spiritual growth, relationships, emotional well-being, intellectual development, wellness, and leadership.
Young Professionals will be equipped to pursue their purpose, establish clear goals, and create a greater impact in their workplaces and communities. Mature Professionals will strengthen their own leadership while becoming better prepared to mentor, encourage, and guide the next generation.
