Shaun Francis-President & Founder of the Room 11 Foundation
Shaun Francis is the co-founder of the Room 11 Foundation alongside his wife, Julie. The Foundation's mission is to help individuals and families "Lean In and Lean On" by strengthening their faith in God and reliance on family. Through resources, encouragement, and community engagement, the Foundation supports families navigating emotional, spiritual, and relational challenges while promoting the importance of faith, marriage, family, and active involvement in the local church. Shaun's vision is to see churches, communities, and families transformed through a renewed commitment to these foundational values.
With more than 20 years of global leadership experience, Shaun has lived in 22 countries and worked with numerous respected organizations, leading human resources strategy, operations, and transformational initiatives. He brings deep expertise in talent management, workforce planning, organizational design, labor relations, employee engagement, and service delivery. Throughout his career, he has partnered with executive teams and boards of directors, helping organizations strengthen leadership, improve decision-making, and drive business performance through effective people strategies.
Shaun holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
He and Julie are the proud parents of their daughter, Helaina. Having lived in several locations, including New York, Georgia, and Florida, they now reside in Lake Worth, Florida. Deeply committed to their faith, the Francis family actively serves and participates at Journey Church. Shaun's dedication to faith, family, and leadership continues to inspire others through his example of compassion, resilience, and unwavering support for those around him.
