Michael Armfield is the founder of ArmfieldGroup Palm Beach, a private advisory firm serving founders, multigenerational business families, and high-capacity leaders navigating growth, succession, and reinvention.
Over the last three decades, he has advised entrepreneurs at every stage — from launching new ventures to scaling complex organizations, structuring strategic transitions, and guiding leadership to the next generation.
