Michael Armfield is the founder of ArmfieldGroup Palm Beach, a private advisory firm serving founders, multigenerational business families, and high-capacity leaders navigating growth, succession, and reinvention.
Over the last three decades, he has advised entrepreneurs at every stage — from launching new ventures to scaling complex organizations, structuring strategic transitions, and guiding leadership to the next generation. His work blends disciplined business strategy with emotional intelligence, helping leaders convert complexity into clarity and momentum into lasting results.
