Featured Speaker: Larry and June Nygard

Larry and June Nygard are native North Dakotans who make their home Fargo.  They have been married for 42 years and are parents of three adult married sons and grandparents of nine. The Lord faithfully provided through life’s ups and downs and has called them to serve Him together in many volunteer capacities. One of the most rewarding callings has been to serve as members of the founding team of Capstone Classical Academy in Fargo, where Larry continues to serve as a Board member.  Through it all, they have found ways to integrate faith into business and business into faith.

Larry is the founder and President of Crown Development. He holds B.S. degrees in Accounting and Business Management from Minnesota State University - Moorhead. He has worked in real estate development for over 40 years, with projects in the upper Midwest and Florida. He assists the Capstone board with facilities planning and management as well as business strategy.  June is a UND graduate and the former marketing/development and admissions director at a local Christian school. June has served on various non-profit boards and steering committees and provides marketing direction to family-owned businesses.  Larry and June believe that Capstone’s emphasis on the Good, the True, and the Beautiful will cultivate young adults who can think critically and speak well.
