Nathan Everson is the Founder and CEO of Blacktail Companies, an investment and asset management firm focused on acquiring and operating premier industrial real estate. Before Blacktail, he built and operated businesses across very different worlds—aviation management, a restaurant portfolio, and a commercial painting company - experiences that shaped a practical, operator-first approach to investing and problem-solving.
Nathan’s perspective is also forged outside the boardroom. He has climbed a 20,000-foot peak in Bolivia without supplemental oxygen, slept in a foxhole on a Thai army base near the Thai/Burma border, and has a long track record of chasing adventure (and trying the local cuisine - sometimes the truly unforgettable kind). He’s a father of four, married way above his league to a beautiful wife, has a deep Christian faith, spends plenty of time at the hockey rink, and is happiest exploring—often on two wheels.
