Join us for this incredible evening event!

Join us for the 32nd Annual Salt & Light Award Dinner, as business and community leaders gather to celebrate men whose lives reflect Christ’s call to be “salt and light.” Enjoy an evening of recognition, connection, and inspiration that strengthens our shared commitment to lead with faith and influence for good.

This annual gathering is much more than a dinner. It’s a celebration of leaders who invest in others, build intentional relationships, and inspire faith that multiplies in our homes, workplaces, and communities.

The honorees for 2026 are:
• Thomas Hill III – President and CEO, Kimray, Inc.
• Les Thomas – Executive Director of Community Engagement, Urban Bridge
• David Miller – General Manager, Tide Dry Cleaners

Our hope is that you can join us in person. Seating will be limited, so make your sponsorship right away. Thank you for helping CBMC make this evening possible and continue the work of helping men live out their faith in the Oklahoma City marketplace.

Thomas Hill III

Thomas Hill III

As CEO of Kimray, Thomas Hill carries forward a third-generation legacy rooted in biblical values while transparently sharing his own journey of addiction, recovery, and renewed purpose. Through Recovering Leadership, Monday Musings, and the Kimmell Foundation, he champions healthy, values-driven workplace culture and deeper spiritual lives. Thomas’s mentoring, advocacy for mental health, and support of recovery ministries reflect his commitment to Christ-centered leadership in our city.

Les Thomas has devoted his life to service, restoration, and hope—mentoring at-risk youth, leading in underserved communities, and pointing others to their identity in Christ. A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, pastor, author, and community builder, Les leverages every influence he has to bring unity, dignity, and opportunity to those around him. His faithful investment in discipleship and leadership development has inspired many across northeast Oklahoma City.

David Miller integrates business, discipleship, and church planting, viewing his Tide Dry Cleaning franchises as mission fields where meaningful work and gospel witness intersect. With a Doctorate of Ministry in missions and church planting, David has led and planted multiple churches and now equips others through No Place Left. His intentional leadership—employing diverse cultures, encouraging faith at work, and launching a new Connect3 team—exemplifies missional living in the marketplace.
