This year marks the 55th Annual Tampa Bay Leadership Prayer Breakfast — a meaningful morning that brings together hundreds of leaders from across Tampa Bay for fellowship, a hot breakfast, and united prayer for those who serve our community, including civic leaders, first responders, and military service members. Join us as we gather around a shared purpose of faith and prayer and leave encouraged by a message of inspiration and hope.
In 1 Timothy 2:1-3 we are instructed to pray for those in authority… and that is a priority of this event since 1971, during Dick Greco’s first term as Mayor of Tampa. Our purpose is to pray for those in authority and to reach out with the Gospel to business and government leaders across Tampa Bay. Hosted by CBMC, this event has helped countless lives for over 50 years.

Our Speaker
JEFF STRUECKER
U.S. Army Ranger Hall of Fame. Speaker. Author. Pastor.
From the streets of Mogadishu, as made famous in the movie Black Hawk Down, come hear how faith empowered Jeff Struecker to persevere in the midst of life's most difficult circumstances.
Jeff enlisted in the United States Army at age 18 and retired with almost 23 years of active federal service. He served in 17 combat deployments in five different US wars, including Black Hawk Down. In 2017, Jeff was inducted into the US Army Ranger Hall of Fame.
He spent most of his Army career in the 75th Ranger Regiment. While serving in this unit, Jeff competed in and won the Best Ranger Competition in 1996. He then served at the University of Louisville, where he was recognized as the US Army ROTC, Noncommissioned Officer of the year. Jeff spent his final years in the US Army serving as a chaplain in Airborne and Ranger units.
