Questions conference organizers ask
Can attendees choose their breakout sessions?
Yes. Attendees sign up for the breakouts they want, and each has a capacity. When a room is full, attendees can join the waitlist, and the next person is offered the seat automatically when one opens.
Can we have our own conference app?
Yes. We build a branded app for your event, published under your organization's name, that shows each attendee's schedule and breakouts and lets your team send push notifications. Talk to us about timing for your conference.
Do sponsors and churches have to pay by card?
No. They can ask for an invoice at checkout and pay by check. You record the payment when it arrives.
What does it cost?
Registration uses our standard pricing: $1 + 1.5% per paid ticket, table or sponsorship, capped at $25, and no platform fee on gifts. A custom app is quoted for your event. See pricing.
